1. How do I place an order for a personalized product?

  1. Place your order on our website.
  2. Send your photo to contact@homygifts.com after placing your order with your order number.
  3. Receive a digital mockup for review (usually within 8–48 hours, excluding weekends/holidays).
  4. Approve the mockup or request revisions.

2. Can I modify my design after placing the order?

  • You may request up to 2 revisions within 24 hours of receiving your mockup.
  • If no response is received within 24 hours, we will proceed with production using the mockup provided.
  • If a new photo is required, a $10 design fee will apply.

3. How long does production and shipping take?

  • Production time: 3-5 business days (depending on the design complexity).
  • Shipping time: estimated delivery time of 10–12 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed due to possible third-party carrier delays
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Since these are personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error..
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products are custom-made, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • 50% refund if canceled after 24 hours but before shipping.
  • No refunds once an item has shipped.

6. Where can I track my order?

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
